Wow! Nice to meet you! Happy New Year :) I know you're excited! We are beginning the process now & you are just a few steps ahead of us :) We are torn now b/t adopting from the birthmother program & the state. I want a newborn, but we adopted Daniel thru the state & after being contacted about a 1yr boy situation & not hearing anything now, it opens our hearts to older infants & toddlers. We put the ABC program on hold for 2 months b/c of the situation presented to us, but we are ready to move on :) Hmm, should we stick to our intial instinct & adopt a newborn or adopt from the state again. I want a birthmother connection too, we have an open adoption with Daniel's foster family & love it. We could always adopt from the state later on. Decisions, Ughhh! Anyways, sorry so long!

Thanks for visiting Ali.
Don't worry about the long posts. I am the say way when I am trying to convey a message via typing. It's a bit challenging for me to make myself clear sometimes without spelling it out since it is not being said, and it is being typed. Thats the only thing about emails and typing. They can be interpreted by the reader differently, so I attempt to be clear if I can in my posts! So, the are usually lengthy. I welcome your comments, whether they are short or long LOL!
