Happy ....

Happy Valentines Day 

I was up early this morning getting dressed to go to a meeting. I ran down stairs to look for a black blouse that was in the laundry room and to my surprise this big bouquet of flowers and 2 cards were on the kitchen table. Hubby started off the day right!  I really was not expecting to see anything until I returned from my meeting. 

He is not a big fan of Valentines Day because he feels as though it is a commercialized holiday and one should show and express their love all year long. However, he does acknowledge the day with different surprises, but we do not go over board with the day. 

By the way, I still have flowers from last Sunday that he surprised me with when I came in from working PRN last Sunday afternoon.  He was grilling our dinner outside on the deck and I did not notice the new flowers until we were standing in the kitchen talking! The flowers that he purchased a few weeks back were still looking good. He snuck the new flowers in and arranged them with the old bouquet. 

I love these flowers. The color combination is just perfect. I enjoyed taking pictures of them and he took a few pictures as well to see if he could get the settings to work. I am trying to learn how to use the settings on my current camera until I get the new camera. The pictures actually did not come out bad at all! I am still getting a new camera!
