1 John

1 John 5:14, 15

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us:
And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have petitions that we desired of him.

Thanks Chassidy!
This scripture came to mind this morning. A friend on FB made a statement about needing him to come through this week to answer some prayers for her.

I posted this scripture as a response for her on FB and it is funny because it is fitting for my own situation. I was just telling another parent that it is funny how God works through others. This was speaking to me this morning, so I put it on my blog. Thank you for your prayers.

I love this scripture. Sometimes we all have to remind ourselves that we have such an awesome father who loves us and wants to give us so many things.

KMR,
You are so right. Sometimes we can forget it when it seems like we are going through, but he is there, right there and truly wants what is best for us.
It is easy to get caught up in the negative, however, that is not what God desires.

Have you heard the song Always by Building 429? It talks about how our God is always there, always faithful. So glad you are a daughter of Christ and able to cling to Him during this time. Thanks for stopping by the blog and yes...aren't those earrings the cutest? I haven't regretted it a day yet!

I am going to post in a couple of days about something my oldest said to my hubby. I'll need all the advice I can get! So good to hear from you!

Hi Molly!
I will keep an eye on the blog too. Also, I met someone via another site that may need to talk to you about your agency. She resides in your state. I will email you.
I just looked the song up and it is beautiful. Thanks for sharing. It is a powerful song.
