Christmas highlights part II
We returned from a wonderful church service and my mother and I began cooking the remainder of the dishes for Christmas dinner. Shortly after we returned to our home, we told my son that he had more presents. He had no idea that we had placed the gifts out after he went to bed on Christmas eve. He walked into the room and he did not know what toy to go pick up first. He was a lit bit overwhelmed, but it was in a good way. He managed to work his way around the room and pick up all of the toys and books and eventually ask for someone to open them. The majority of his gifts were educational toys and books, with very few toys just for entertaining. We picked up those entertaining toys because he consistently asked for the same toys when we asked him or either when people asked him what did he want Santa to bring him.
Here are a few pictures of a small peek into our Christmas Day. He was blessed with so many gifts that I can not even begin to show all of them. My in laws were also in state visiting for Christmas at my sister in laws, so he was able to see both sets of grandparents on Christmas Day. I will have to show a picture of the toy after math as well.
Christmas highlights part III
After going through the unwrapped toys on my 2nd tree, my parents wanted to reveal their big gift which was a big motorized riding jeep. He was so excited. However, we had to let him practice in our garage. My husband removed our vehicles from the garage so that we could have room to allow him to ride and practice. This was truly a work out chasing after him. We also discovered that there were several wrapped gifts still under the first tree that he did not open. He was so tickled with all of his new educational devices and new toys that he had asked for.

Hey Angela!
I have been kind of ghost from blogging. For good reason though! I am going to continue to slowly update because soon it will be too late to do last years updates! I am enjoying motherhood to the fullest, hence, my disappearance from regular blogging. I plan on blogging about how I am doing. I am trying to drop in on the blogs that I follow every so often so that I do not miss out on major things.
